Biography

Brenda “B” Woods is the Director of Research and Assessment for Student Life with faculty status at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Throughout her career in higher education, she has held leadership positions in Assessment, Research and Evaluation, Residence Life and Housing, Student Conduct, New Student and Transition Programs, and the Student Center. Woods has made more than 80 presentations at state, regional, and national conferences and has consulted on more than 20 college campuses. She has served as the Associate Dean of Students at Texas Tech University with a faculty position in the College of Education; a Research Evaluator at Harvard University. Woods earned her doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University.
